Default YSI 427 build completed

Just finished up A&A Ysi build on my 2002 Coupe.

Built/ Tuned at RMCR in Colorado Springs, CO

Motor (already in the car) :

LS7 based wet sump 427- 11.3:1 compression
-LS7 block; Eagle crank and rods, forged pistons with valve reliefs
-Texas speed LS7 heads, LS7 intake manifold
-Cam: 226/238 .598/.603 118+4
-PRC LS7 heads

A&A Ysi, Aux Drive w/ 8" dampener, 8 Rib, Snow Meth, A&A Fuel system

Made: 881 whp, 745wtq- 15.98 psi (max)

This build was meant to be mild/reliable, timing was actually dialed back. The cam is mild as well. I wanted to stay on 91 for the time being however it is setup for E98 if needed. Made more power than I thought on 91, drives like stock, extremely docile. Drove it home through 2.5 hours of traffic and I was pleasantly surprised.
Thanks to everyone on the other post for suggesting the YSi, the car is a monster and I can dd it if need be. Also, put on a set of R888r's (345's) and they hook great

(in the lower pictures you can see the new A&A aux drive where the ac belt is separate now)

UPDATE: Recently completed e85 conversion and upgraded the shifter.
Gained a good amount of low end hp/tq. Peaked at the 950 mark on 16 psi

I love how clean your engine bay looks. Wish i could get mine to look like that. Thats the 3" pulley on the blower right? I have almost the exact same setup but with a 383. On pump gas with meth you are making about 100hp more than me. Have you taken the car to the track yet? whats your trap speed?

This is actually the 2.85" pulley. I have not taken it to the track yet but I plan on doing a 1/2 event here in Denver early August. It is difficult to compare because I am at 6000ft elevation and it is tough to make comparable boost up here.

Similar setup to mine on the same dyno/hp #'s recently went consistent low 170's in the 1/2 mile if that helps at all. I can't really gauge real HP until I get it out on the track

I dont know how to compare 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile but i was just going to compare our trap speeds to see if i'm really that far down on power or if the dynos read that differently. Interesting that your car makes 16psi on the 2.85 pulley. The 3" makes 16 for me and the 2.85 makes around 23 if i remember right. Its hopefully just a because of the higher altitude and not that my engine is not breathing right lol. Please update this with info when you get to the track!

Also wanted to ask about your trans diff setup. What are you using?

Yes on my setup I am loosing 4-6 psi because of altitude. It makes a considerable difference. Are you on E85?
I have 3.73 diff with just a hardened driver's side output shaft. Pretty stock. Still running a LS7 clutch as well

From what I have seen at the half mile races at Clayton (4000ish altitude) cars seem to pick up 20-25 mph in the second 1/4 mile. Obviously big power cars that struggle to put the power down at low speeds will pick up more, but for cars that can get into it decently by second gear that seems to be a pretty close ballpark of what they pick up. Cars that go 170 in the half are usually pretty easily 9 second cars at 145+ in the quarter
