2004 Z06 Final Dyno with 3 different exhaust systems. All you ever wanted to know!
Background of car on initial dyno last year (Blue Line):
2004 Z06
239000 km's
K+N CAI
B+B Route 66 mufflers
376 rwhp and 364 tq (Blue Line)
Now has BTR Stage 2 cam
new chromoly push rods
Pac double springs
pinned balancer
stock manifolds, stock mid pipe
B+B Route 66 mufflers
394 Rwhp and 375 Tq (Green Line)
Last week replaced the stock exhaust with:
2008 C6 Z06 exhaust manifolds
C6 Z06 cats
C6 Z06 mid pipe
B+B Route 66 mufflers
413 Rwhp and 388Tq (Yellow Line)
Yesterday installed:
Ebay Chinese knock off long tube headers($136.00) 1 7/8 into 3 inch collector
3 inch Catless matching Chinese mid pipe
B+B Route 66 mufflers
423 Rwhp and 401 Tq (Red Line)
So there you go. All your different exhaust systems dyno'd for you guys. The only thing I did not try was to punch the C6 Z06 cats and see what that would have made. The car is a monster with these Chinese headers and they fit perfect, no issues. A special thanks to Nick at AGP in Newmarket who put up with all my question and crap.
Any input would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Richard

Nice gains on the exhaust manifolds, stealth is always cool.
Youll probably get asked about noise difference with headers vs exh manifolds.
Whats your take?

Great data!
I have a set of C6Z manifolds, cats and midpipe... how did you blend the 2 midpipes? Possible to just cut each and use reducer/clamps to mate them?

I cut the mid pipes about halfway back and installed the back half of a 3 inch mid pipe system that would regularily attach to long tube headers. Bought the mid pipe system off of ebay for $200.00. Like this one from ebay item# 162433014679
