Pretty obvious theres a blatant lean spike literally through the roof starting at 57~
Fuel pump dying? Fuel pressure logged during this?
Maybe the sensor was in the end of the exhaust/midpipe and fell/backed out? Sounds logical, but I would definitely ask them about it.
