I was a little late to the OG who were all racing C5’s. Back in 2012? Or 13. I’m still at it. Track needs to be excellent though or it just blows the tires off. So that was a nice hit!
There was a guy running his C7 Z06 on street rubber. Of course I thought of you. So I walked over and said “we should race!” He goes, what car is yours? Yellow C5 coupe…..he goes “no way!” I just watched you run. Turns out he has several vettes, several hellcat Demons etc….
I meet all sorts on street legal night, always fun, always casual.
Glad we are buddies from across the US Bob

Wow, that’s an awesome time, sixty foot, and 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, well all of it.
How do I get my car to do that. I have headers, VR, exhaust, tune, newly installed 373 gears and yankss3200.
Im on 305 30 street tires
my best so far was a 2.0 sixty foot, tires spinning, 12.7 @ 110. It was bouncing off the rev limiter at the 2-3 shift. My tuner back the shift point down like 200 rpm. Haven’t been back to the track yet.
I know, I need a drag radial before I do anything else.
