your trapping high enough to hit 12's already, just need to clean up that 60'. 1.9 should be easy with some tires. 12.8's shouldn't be far away as you sit.

Good luck and nice gains!
Well into the 12.7's (or 12.6's) after the tune & headers as mentioned above..
well just got back from the track and i have to say im pretty impressed with the results. 60' could have been a LOT better, but im on stock run-flats.
anyways, only mod since last trip to the track is the VARARAM. car is stock other then vararam and borla exhaust.
previous times..... 13.5's @ 108 all night.
tonight..... 13.1 @ 111.8
yeah my 60' was a 2.26 so my time suffered, but im impressed with the 3mph improvement
my LG longtubes arrived this morning, and i will tackle that project this sunday!! cant wait to see the improvement from those!!
Are we correct in assuming that the Vararam replaced the stock filter/airbox? I'll buy a Vararam tomorrow if you tell us you took off a Blackwing and gained 3 mph with the Vararam. Thanks for the info.....

i replaced the STOCK filter/box with the vararam and gained 3mph.
and with your time already 12.4 @ 112 why would you want to change the filter? i doubt you would pick up any higher traps. and that is 1 quick car for stock!!!
i agree. 112 mph with a blackwing is hard for me to believe and 12.4 on runflats is even harder to believe. But, i dunno, maybe. If so, congrats, my 99FRC is barely faster and it has many mods.
Running 12.47???? I find that a bit tough to believe...Slicks at least...maybe?????
There was a thread about my pass, if you do a search you will find it. I had a 1.91 60' and that was on BFG G-Force KDW's, stock size, I think 275/18. It would run 110-111 consistantly, at 12.55-12.70. With a 2 hour cooldown and a more aggressive launch (stock clutch was not happy) it ran a 12.47. With a strong enough clutch and a drag radial it should run 12.20's.
99' FRC 12.47@112.23 Blackwing only
93' Supra turbo 8.67@159 full weight driven to the track
Quickest and fastest street Supra in the world.
I believe that a slightly moded FRC could do this in good conditions with a real good driver. If this were a coupe or vertte I would have had to hold up the flag. Plus he is not on the runcraps, has some real good tires. This one passes my stink test, in other words I think this dog does hunt for once.
