Cam advice

Hey fellas,

I am almost finished w/ my mods....(i keep telling myself that)

I have most of the bolt ons, h/c, etc.....

I was wondering what y'all thought of this cam:
231/237 .598/.595 112

I currently have a 224/224 .566 comp cam. Would it be worth the $$$ and time to swap these? How much HP do you think I would pick up?

You already have a decent cam, I think you would pickup 10-15 RWHP over your 224/224 cam.

I have that cam, its sweet. I picked up 50 RWHP and 40 RWTQ with that cam, and an LS6 intake.

EDIT I am on stock 99 LS1 heads which pretty much flow the worst out of any LS? head. FWIW.
