Possible to extrapolate hp gains from more aggressive cam?

I have the same cam as you, with the high compression Morgan MS heads, but with long tubes, LS6 intake, and UD pulleys. Mine made 413/390 sae. My buddy was impressed with my results and got the same setup but with a bigger, 224/224 duration, 114 lsa, cam. His best numbers were 395/385 sae. Go figure.
