I've spent MOST of my photography hours shooting birds. (And the periodic dog) I really want to develop some portrait skills. So, I happen to have a subject handy. Me. My eye is drawn to more dramatic portraits so that's what I'm going for. This weekend I've got a shoot scheduled with a friend. She's cool and understands I don't know **** about **** when it comes to this discipline. This'll test her patience, I'm sure.
Details - Canon R5, RF 28-70 F2 L. 1/200th @ f / 5.6. For a modifier I shot into a 24" x 36" softbox with a grid.
The bigger question is when the hell did I get so OLD.
