Which platform is best to share photos?
Been thinking about showing some of my pics online and not sure which is best

Over the years I have used several venues including Facebook, Instagram, 500PX and Flickr. The only one I will post on now is Flickr and that is very seldom. Flickr is, however, an excellent tool for searching for images of different themes or equipment or friends.

I've been using Post Images and it's been fine. It's easy to use, the only issue is it doesn't have a tagging or search function. Fofotime was terrific, you could tag photos, write descriptions etc, then it went belly up with all the information and photos! Most likely other will do the same, free hosting just can't be sustained.
