I drove to the Burlington, VT area to get this one. More to come tomorrow.
Corona and Prominences. That big fat prominence at the bottom was easily visible with the naked eye. It looked like a road flare beneath the eclipsed sun.
I posted this in the other thread. I saw it today, but was not able to photograph. That said it looked pretty similar to the one I did photograph in 2017. Below is a collage of all the phases that I put together from that previous eclipse.

Saw that which you described. Excellent. Never have I seen such a thing as I witnessed yesterday. Truly an act of GOD.
Missing shots in the composite were due to cloud cover. Overall a difficult situation. Sun constantly in and out of cloud cover made it near impossible to get the camera set up right. But given the weather I am happy to have seen anything at all.

We were in the path of totality & as fate would have it, the thick clouds moved in that day & left in the evening. The day before was a perfectly clear blue sky & the same yesterday. The timing of those clouds moving in couldn't have been worse. Bummer....
