My ricoh gr iii x showed up today! I also ordered a screen protector and dust cap. I am excited!

Congrats @jerseydrew that looks like it will meet your needs well. Question it looks like the lens that comes with it is 40mm (equivalent on full frame body), are you able to change lenses for something wider if needed?

no, it is 40 mm all the time. But I have noticed that even when I use my 24 to 70 I almost always come into about 35 to 40 mm for everything so that is a preferred focal length for me. I did try the regular GR three which has the equivalent of a 28 mm lens and found that it was too wide for my taste which is why I went for the 40.

luckily, it has a decent 24 megapixel sensor so if I need to crop a little bit to get the composition, I can
and if I need a little wider, I’m hoping that I could just take a few steps back

So far this thing works pretty nicely and has very good IQ and it’s super small. Almost feels a little wasteful since I’m not using it as much as I thought I was going to, but I’m getting very nice pictures with it. Will post some pics soon
