It makes sense that a Z07 had the highest trap speed because it probably hooked up really good with the SC2's. The aero is more effective after about 150-160, but someone did a Z07 up you 190 and a stage 1 car at 200 (it was a bit downhill, but still pretty good).

You're kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place on this one.

If the aero works, you *will* be slower accelerating than a car with less aero.

So either you're slower OR chevy is lying to everyone about the aero on their cars.

PS why do you think putting skinny's up front gives better acceleration?

Granted wide tires have added rolling resistance but what do you think those winglets up front and stationary spoiler shaped like a parachute do in the back?

LOL I don't discuss much when words don't do the trick... Like all videos I post with "proof" I will record a race with my friend's Aero 1, and right now he have Intake too, so we are equal like the first time we race :)

I didn't see a standing start with launch control being used in this race.

I know it seems impossible, but you'd be surprised how often drivers can't manage to press the gas pedal to the floor and hold it there.

Throw in something more complicated, like "set the switches to sport or track mode" and a faster car can lose all day long.

True but if both cars have equal drivers the Z06 will lose 9/10 races maybe 10/10. The 12c is very underrated and is extremely fast. Just seen some new posts on youtube today of the newer 650S absolutely destroying a viper that had a tune and the 650S was stock. The viper lost by several car lengths. :thumbs:

I agree that a 12c is a quicker/faster car than the C7Z. I also saw the 650S vs Viper video, and that was a serious beat down.
