I'm using Rogers cable in Ontario Canada and it sucks. I've had it for about
2 years at first it was amazing now its realy slow. I tried the test 3 times
they were 279-169-171 :bs Some days I wonder if its worth it :mad

Just clicked on the link you posted and I got 1843,7 kbps

I ran the test on my cable modem..1046.2
I really enjoy mine. I have had it a few years and only pay 29.95.

hi! Ron has cable modem there in Knoxville....maybe even the same company? we have DSL at home. cannot tell the difference.

I have had cable modem for over 2 years now. Was one of the very first in our area.
I live in a poor neighborhood, so no one shares the bandwidth with me.

I get anywhere from 2.4 to 4.4 megabytes per second (yes, I typed that correctly).
I test at http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest -
I am on Cox cable's network, which is the conversion of the original @Home system.

I love the speed. Heck, the T1 at work can't even keep up !!
