Sidepipes and Angle plug heads
 

Was looking at the Hooker site and noticed that it says their pipes won't fit with angle plug heads.
Anyone tried this? :cry

Depends on the heads...I have Trick Flow 23 degree angled heads and my Hooker side pipe headers fit fine. Call and talk to the people

I have GM Heads 882's with angle plugs and like most guy's that will answer you will tell you only one or two plugs will be a little harder to get out. Also as mentioned above it will depend on what head you have. I was going to advise Hooker that they should remove that disclaimer as it' is not real accurate. I've got the Hooker sidepipe headers with AFR L98 angle plug heads and they fit without any real problems. Like most, the #2 boot is pretty close, but it is not a problem.
