Depends on the heads...I have Trick Flow 23 degree angled heads and my Hooker side pipe headers fit fine. Call and talk to the people

I have GM Heads 882's with angle plugs and like most guy's that will answer you will tell you only one or two plugs will be a little harder to get out. Also as mentioned above it will depend on what head you have. I was going to advise Hooker that they should remove that disclaimer as it' is not real accurate. Here you can see the first plug is a little tough.

I've got the Hooker sidepipe headers with AFR L98 angle plug heads and they fit without any real problems. Like most, the #2 boot is pretty close, but it is not a problem.
