Fuse panel
 
Anybody have a pic of the panel for a 1975 vette.
pluse when i put a volt light on a fuse some only light when i touch one side,and some light when each side of the fuse is touch,my tail light,brake light,turn singles are out

Here's a typical fuse box-yours may or may not be the same.

Remove each fuse and check that it's good and reinstall or replace.
After the fuse is reinstalled make sure that you have power on both ends of the clips.
You will have to turn the key on to power up some fuses.
See if that helps and post back.

If the test light only lights on one side of a fuse, that fues is bad.

Has help, removed some fuses and replaced,still not getting power on one side of the fuse(clip) fuse are brand new.

Most owner's manuals have a pic/diagram of the fuse panel.
