Is it worth LS6edit for just an intake and my be 30#injectors.
 

The vette viper shot out is this month. I red lighted in the finals last year. I must win this year.

I really don't want to waste my money on tuning if I don't have to.

Also, what should I expect to pay. Or, should I buy it and do it at home myself.

Well, if you get the 30# injectors, you will definately need a tune. You can do a rough tune with the MAF-T, but if you're looking for every pony, a custom tune or LS1 Edit would be necessary. I don't think you would need 30# injectors though on an otherwise stock car.

For just an intake, you're probably fine with the stock tune or maybe MAF-T if you're anal. LS1 Edit is overkill. But the good thing is if you get the LS1 Edit, you can always tune for future mods later.

If the car is stock, you dont need anymore injector
