Twin Turbo FRC Testing for Pump Gas Invitational
I received an invite to test at the runway in Caddo Mills yesterday. I left the house at 7:00am and arrived around 11:30am. It was a great day to be driving a Corvette. This was a 600 mile round trip and the car didn't miss a beat.
The event will be in May and is made up of 2 classes - Pump Gas and E-85. Here's one of the 1st videos from yesterday. This was a 60 to 161mph pull against a ZR1 with nitrous. |

Thanks, Chris. I'll turn it up a little more too. I was on the rev limiter at 6800 in 4th. Going to bump it to 7500 rpm and also get a little more aggressive with the boost curve in 3rd and 4th.

Here are a couple of races against a Dallas Performance Stage 3 Lambo. Not bad on the "900 HP" setting.

Nice media photo by Malcolm Perez out on the runway. He has a great eye for motorsports. The C7 has a single PT88 under the hood.
