Looking for owner of 1963 vin. 104006

I have someones 1963 RE engine.
spec.high po 340hp.
the vin on the pad is 3104006.
Hope to be able to reunite.

I have '63 #4,006 listed in my '63 file. I recorded it as being a Blue/Saddle Roadster but it was an incomplete car with just the body and chassis only.
It had no trim tag and was now in the UK when last listed.
