I'm kinda interested in what was the manufacturer of the front and rear suspension

ACfarmerNH 11-07-2019 12:18 PM

Detroit speed when cost is not a problem. It works well and will win.

Jakeinge 11-07-2019 04:21 PM

Yes Detroit speed front and rear jri coil overs baer 6s brakes front & back ls7 & t56 it will be my first time doing the ls swap on anything.

Very cool looking headers.

SHARKBIT77 11-07-2019 06:27 PM

:lurk:

Corvettedave02 11-07-2019 07:02 PM

Very nice! I’m glad to see side pipes. What are the motor specs?

Jakeinge 11-07-2019 07:49 PM

Motor is an ls7 h/c/I I bought from a forum member from a c6 z06 estimate to be around 600 crank hp but do not know exact

jokeitch 11-07-2019 08:16 PM

open question, does that detroit speed decalink rear make it such that the diff is no longer a suspension member? and the half shafts are not the endlinks?
Or is the diff still an integral piece even with all that

also, considering the front+rear cost is like 16 grand, why not go for one of those complete replacement frames for 17.5k?

Jakeinge 11-07-2019 08:26 PM

Yes the DSE rear makes the diff not part of the suspension and I got a pretty good deal on the suspension But I was also looking at going with an SR111 frame

wabco40 11-08-2019 03:40 AM

Very nice build. However those screw holes temporarily holding the flared fenders in place will come back to haunt you.

Dazaa Rafae Aman 11-08-2019 07:18 AM

Love the wheels and flares, very excited to see how this turns out

Jakeinge 11-08-2019 07:28 AM

Thanks! And I will be glassing everything together and have filled the holes with panel bond so I hope I don’t have issues with it but we will see!
