I will try to answer any questions about the car. This was my dad’s car so I do not know a lot about it.

Quick question - is the car titled in your name? Very nice looking car. @MJo2022

Short answer is no. However, I have the legal authority granted by the court to sign the title when selling the vehicle. I’ve already done it for other vehicles he owned with no issue at all from DMV.

Does that alleviate any concern?

Beautiful C5, but Id like to make a suggestion. With the kind of money your asking for it repairing the slow tire leak would be a good idea before selling it.

I wanted to be totally transparent about any known issues with the car when I listed it if someone is interested in buying it before I have the opportunity to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of other more important things to handle with my dad passing away. However, I will be taking it to get the tire looked at it soon.

The only issue I would have is are you agreeing to participate in trying to resolve any post sale issues should they arise? Sorry, it is a requirement stated in the for sale rules.

That car looks good. I haven't seen that color before. No BSM's either.

@MJo2022

As this car is part of my dad’s estate and must be sold, I would not be able to take personal responsibility for post sale issues. I have disclosed clearly any known issues with the car (which is the slow tire leak) and would expect that anyone buying a used car would do their due diligence in personally inspecting or arranging for inspection before purchase.

If I am correct in the need for this rule is due to people scamming and/or not being forthcoming with issues before purchase. I completely understand the necessity for implementing such a rule. But as previously stated, the car is part of the estate and unfortunately, I or the estate can not accept responsibility for post purchase issues.

@MJo2022 I'm interested and in Oregon as well. Where in Oregon is the vehicle located?

I most definitely dig that color on a C5! I've got a 2002 silver/black vert and would prefer MSGM. I've seen them in pix and on YouTube but never in-person. Ya know how the C6 Cyber Grey has the blue flake in it? To my eye...and maybe because I've never seen one in-person...this looks like Cyber without the blue. Am I wrong about that?

I also really like that color! First time I've heard that color name.
Good luck!

Is it possible to identify from the pictures if it has the F55 magnetic selective ride suspension?

Edit: It appears that it does not, right?

Still for sale? If so, can you forward the VIN?

Thank you

The seller has not posted to this thread since 1/13/23 and has not been active on the forum since 2/4/23. Closing this thread and if the car is still for sale, the OP can contact me and I will reopen the thread.
