And Donald's not on the list a few pages back. I hope this wasn't his first one.
Don must be one of the replacement builders for the builders who moved on to Pontiac
We should start seeing new names. I believe there will be about 20 total that have moved or will be moving.
Barry and my self are the ones who keep this thread going and now we are both not there to inform the builders of these posting. I am not sure that any one at Wixom looks here. All we can do is wait and see if someone reads this and picks up where we left off.
I will keep reading the posting and will give engine number dates but that is about all I can do.
Thanks Henry

Welcome aboard Larry! Good to see the torch was passed on rather than passed away. A first question seems in order; how much variance in power outputs do you folks see in the LS7? The figures on here have far too many variables to consider them are truly representative of reality. Thanks.

All the Best,

I am new at this LS7 engine. I think most of the experimental assembler builders at Wixom now are from Lansing (Oldsmobile/Lansing Grand River). Today we only had 4 or five builders that were not folks from Lansing. From what I see they only run the engines at Wixom long enough to balance them. The other testing is done at another location (someone said Taylor Michigan). P.S. just because we are new at Wixom, we have done this a long time. I have been an experimental assembler 34 years. (36 years at GM)
The hot testing page of the Johnson Matthey site shows the same LS7 engine picture in a larger format. Looks like that is who tests the Wixom built engines.
I just picked up my 2008 Jetstream Blue Z06 on Saturday. I drove it 1458 miles from Colorado to Washington state and it ran perfectly. The power is impressive! The engine was built by Tom Morrissey EUN 10ZAD 322631701. Thanks Tom for another great engine!
