All 4 brake lights on my 99 FRC don't work but the small center brake light does. The turn signals, running lights and hazard lights work fine though. The car only has 32k miles on it. The previous owner had euro tail lights [is back to stock now] but I was told the brake lights are not effected when doing this anyways. I searched and didn't find any definite answers.

Any input?
To be clear....you removed the euro tail lights, and returned it to stock? Have the brake lights ever worked?
When I bought my car the previous owner had installed Euro tail lights too. I like the stock ones better so I asked him to re-install them. On the drive back to Ohio another motorist told me during a fuel stop that I had no brake lights except for the center one. A quick stop at a Chevy dealer confirmed this and the mechanic discovered a cut wire under the dash area on the drivers side. It took him less than 5 minutes to find it. I am guessing that part of the install for the Euro lights involved cutting a wire in that area. Try looking for a cut wire under dash in the footwell area on the drivers side, close to the kick panel. I bet you find one !

I was told by the previous owner that the euro lights do require a wire to be cut but when going back to stock one would think this wire would be properly reconnected (solder & heat shink). I'll take a look to see if I see any loose wires. If not, I guess I'll have to start with a new hazard switch then a new multifunction switch.

Did you bother to ask if he pieced that wire back together? Why not contact him to find out if it was done and if not, then maybe he can tell you exactly where it is so you don't waste your time looking at schematics.
Ok. Since the third brake light is working, that tells me that the brake pedal switch is working normally; however, there are two outputs directly out of the stop lamp switch. One output goes to the third brake light, and the other to the rear tails. While I'm not familiar with the euro setup, it seems the white wire to the hazard switch is cut, when they are installed (as previously mentioned in this thread), so that would be worth a quick look.

I owe you a beer!
I pulled the plastic off from under the steering column and there it was, a cut white wire. I made a proper connection and that did it. All the outer lights and the center brake light work now.
