Hey thanks alot guys, I got a unit on ebay out of a 2002 with 4000 miles for $400.00 so I think I saved a few bucks there. I plan on getting it in next week at my mechanics shop. I usually do most of the work and than give him maybe about $300.00 to keep him happy, Thanks again, Derald
It really is quite an easy job. I did my converter and rearend in my garage without any help. It was far more difficult to do my head/cam/exhaust/intake swap.

If you have access to a lift, the swap will be a piece of cake. I did mine on the garage floor on jack stands.
