No sarcasm intended(rare...i know).....but based on the alignment of the belt to the balancer........what conclusion do you come to?

I took a straight edge to the outside of my new tensioner pulley and it alligned with the outside edge of the balancer.
So does this pretty much mean i am not having a Balancer failure?
My previous tensioner lines looked something like the following picture.
You will see the notch on the right is about in the the middle of the 2 on the left.
My new pulley the notch is very close to the middle notch on the left.

I went with the 2005 tensioner.

It doesn't look like it has failed. The inner hub would be sticking out further than the outer ring on the balancer if it had failed. Yours appears to be in line.
