Here we go...AGAIN!
I'm trying to sell my 2008 corvette which I posted in the for sale section. However after I gave the VIN number it seems my car was reported in an accident from Carfax and Autocheck.
My car has never been in any accident of any kind, my insurance company of 7 years knows of no such accident, and now I just got off the phone with California Motor Vehicles and they know of no accident and say I don't have a "Salvage Title" whatever that means.
What is a Salvage title anyways?

Did you buy this car new? Are you the only owner?
It sounds like the first people you need to be on the phone with is CarFax and your insurance provider as they may have ways of dealing with this.

and I am serious about selling my car but will not sell it until this issue is resolved.
