Default Mild to Wild install

I installed the Mild to Wild unit today and it does not work! Before installing, I printed out the instructions on nakidparts.com. During the install, the red wire which is crimped came apart so I had to recrimp it.

I checked and double checked the install and it does not work. I pulled both remotes apart and checked the batteries and reformed the holders as suggested.

The unit came Priority mail and had a little slip of paper enclosed thanking me for the purchase and to email them if there are problems!

First problem no email address!!! Second problem site nakidparts.com down.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with these folks?

I will check it out thanks. I had to pull it out a couple of times to check it, I may have moved it?

Isn't it upside down? I'm pretty sure the directions specifically said to have the red wire on the top and right side. Not sure if it matters, but mine said that.

The instructions specifically say the white wire should be facing up and the Red wire facing the center console. I believe that is how mine is set up?

I will check the fuse tomorrow and I just checked their site and it is now up so I will be able to email them.

Thanks ps; I printed out their instructions along with pictures from their site nakidparts.com.
