I'm not into sports,I could careless about the Super Bowl,World Series on and on. My passion is Cars and some of those cars I see as heros and these 2 are right up there at the top. When I read the the Buick Y Job and the General Motors LeSabre was at the Blackhawk Automobile Museum I just had to go. I have never been giddy,until I walked up to the entrence and saw these right in front of me. I stopped in my tracks and couldn't move,I got goose bumps and the friend I took with me,she couldn't believe what all the big deal was about. I've known her for years at one point we were very close and she had never seen me like this,I've never seen me like this. For those that don't quite understand the significance of these 2 cars,this is like seeing the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. The guy giving the tour at the museum was nice enough to let me get behind the robes for a few pictures. This is one of the greatest things I've ever experienced. A huge thank you to the docent that let me get up close to the cars,hope I didn't get him in trouble.
