Default A Bunch of 1978 Parts

I purchased a 1978 25th anniversary car to get the frame for use on my 1977 project car. I have that frame undergoing a restoration now but I have way too many parts from the car that I, in all honesty, just cannot use. I will do my best to list parts I have and their prices. If you see something I have not listed that you need you can always PM me and I will do my best to get you pictures and prices this week.

1) Seat pair. Each has seat tracks attached. Asking $150 each for $275 for the pair OBO plus shipping (packing at $20, shipping about $100 in the US).Heading to eBay.

Welcome home David!

I'll take the steering column.
If the T-top liners will fit my 75, I'll take those also.
If the wiper motor will work with mine, I'll take that also.

Send me total and I'll paypal you my friend asap.

Hey Mr. Howard, in your big bin of parts do you have the firewall mounted hood latch posts and related parts (eg the handle assy) I have the hood mounted latches just missing the fire wall stuff. I believe they are the same up to 74, mine being a 71.

Let me know ...

David,
Thanks for the reply. Your 78 was not equipped with the optional variable/plus wipers (These have a red/pink wire coming from the plastic cover). Was looking for a spare.

I have not had a chance to look up the part number yet so I am not sure how to answer your questions. I know the wiper motor was original to the car, but cannot verify anything special about it, sorry.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Dave. I have that stuff for this 78 but those are different than what you are seeking. I have a set from my 72 which I may not now use as I will probably use race dowel pins on my hood. I will see what I have here that may help you out but yes, I am certain I have what you are looking for but let me confirm, okay? Driver and passenger spring mounts and brackets for installation, cable from driver release to interior of car, bracket inside of car for hood release. Does that sound about correct? Confirm and I will confirm I have it here and shoot you a price.
Best regards,
David

I have the complete steering from the 78, yes. I will go over to storage and pick the parts up that I have and confirm that I have what you need. Once I do that I can spot you a price for the parts and shipping and if you want them then they will be yours.
Back to you by tomorrow with the information, okay?
Thank you.

Dave I would like to buy the trim that is just under the rear window. Not sure of the correct name. You can see mine is Missing in this picture. I would come pick up in person if your ok with that. That is if it will fit a 1975.

The 78 is not the same as the 75. 75-76 are the same, 77 is different, 78 is different. Sorry.
