If what you pulled out is a 195/80/15 on a space saver rim (15x5 not a regular rim) then you just need to chose what 205/75/15 tire you like and have it mounted on the space saver rim. No one sells the 195/80/15.

yes mine is the original 195/80 d15 , so the 205/75/15 will fit okay under the car with no problem correct??

Yes, a P205/75R15 will fit easily into your spare tire tub. Dimension wise, is about as close as you will find to the original 195/80D15.
If your car has the standard P225/70R15 tires on it, you could put a 225/70, on a stock 15x8 rally rim, in the tub also. The 81 tub is the same as tubs used in earlier years, so the P225/70R15 will fit without any issues.
Even the optional P255/60R15 with fit in the tub, but it will require the tub to hang lower, increasing the likely hood that it will drag over bumps, driveways etc.
