It pulls hard! Runs flawlessly. Everything works, no issues.
I think it has 14,000 miles (I'll double check tonight)
There is a chip in the paint, no other issues.
If I would list it for sale, my asking price would be $32-$33k.

I have a modified convertible I have been "considering" selling only because I don't have time to use it (around 1,000 mi/year over the last few years). In your budget and comes with all the stock parts (I save everything). Car is in RI. Not sure if you want a convertible but many of the mods can be found searching the threads I have started over the years.

Might be looking to sell my Blk 02 C5Z highly modded best parts $ can buy (454Hp @wheels) (520 hp crank ) still makes power @7k rpm ( limiter set to 6400 ) end of August . 60k use it for few HPDE days season and back and forth to gym (no winters ) Meticulously maintained MINT cond always in garage .
Just installed "Mamo" custom heads , Yella Tera rollers rockers , Johnson Slow leak down lifters this spring . Bottom end of engine never touched .
List of other mods to long to list.
Thinking of moving to C7 .
