Default Yes, another what is it worth

OK, please those that are willing, take a rough estimate at the value of a car like this (sorry, no pictures)

1964 coupe, very desirable color options both inside and out
300hp, powerglide, P/S, P/B, A/C (all factory)
Original drivetrain and components.

Car topflighted 5-6 years ago, and has become a very occasional driver since then.

No issues with paint or interior, everything works, driveline totally restored.

OK, if you would be so kind, take a stab at an estimate on the market value of this car.

Please refrain from comments like "This is worthless without pictures". What I have provided is the best I can do under the circumstances.

If you can provide an estimate, I would very much appreciate it. If you don't feel that you can provide an estimate based on the limited info provided, I certainly understand.

automatic lowers the value, but AC pops it back up, 463 300hp coupes with auto and ac, desirable color...top flite...i'd say 55-60k

You didn’t mention body off but I’ll assume it is. Even though it has ac, the powerglide just kills it for most buyers. I’m in the 50-55k range if it’s body off.

Sorry, yes, full body off restoration. Started with a solid car, and made it more so.

Hagerty's Price Guide has said for years that the auto trans is a 10% deduct, but factory AC is a +$8K. So, if it's in #1 condition, I would say mid-fifties. If it's in #2 condition, mid forties.

Car is probably half way between #1 and #2 at this point. Call it 1.5

It probably come down to how much you like the car and how much you're willing to pay. IMO, the car's value is about $50K in a 1.5 condition. So, if the owner wants more than $50K, how much are you willing to overpay to get it?

Don

Top Flight 5-6 years ago. Has had some minor changes for driveability since then, but all original parts were retained. One example is replaced the intake and carb with a EFI unit.
It is showing some wear on the paint on the undercarriage.
