Default Cross Country Transport

Hey All -

I moved to California and have a C6 Z06 sitting in NJ that I am looking to ship out. My gut says I need an enclosed transport but I know they can get pricey, does anyone have any recommendations for a trustworthy and/or (preferably AND lol) not too expensive company?

Thanks!

There are a couple of car transport companies here that are forum vendors. They have received favorable comments.

Whatever you do don't deal with a broker. Use a company that actually own their trucks.

As you posted, enclosed transport is more expensive. The upside is your car will be delivered just as it was departing NJ. On the other hand if the open carrier encounters inclement weather en route your car could be filthy when unloading in CA.

I had a good experience with Montway Auto Carriers. Had my 2006 shipped from Houston to Cleveland back in 2011.

I have used Reliable and just recently Exotic Transport out of Orlando - My latest ZR1 was transported from north of Atlanta to Scottsdale late in 2017 by Exotic - door to door and they also have transported friends cars in the past. Their service was excellent for me! Here is a link....

Enclosed is the only way to go.... Ron
