Motive 3.90 and 4.11 Gears IN-STOCK
FYI to everyone that has been waiting like myself.
Motive C6Z Gears 3.90 and 4.11 are in stock and ready to ship.
I called Motive to ask about ETA and they said both in stock but have to buy from a retailer like Jegs or Summit.
I ordered mine today trough Jegs for $640 Shipped No Tax
Motive Part numbers
VZ 887390 = 3.90
VZ 887411 = 4.11
I told Jegs to add them to the website as others would be calling soon. They had to call Motive and add the part number to their system. They are supposed to drop ship on Monday. Good thing I already have the Getrag Z06 Pinion Depth from Kent-Moore DT-48009 to set them up.
See you boys at the track!!

Jegs had to do the same thing with me even though I had just talked to Motive. Guess he had to ask his price and availablility. I would be curious how much Summit has them for?

My Jegs order is in. I can only hope You-Know-Who isn't going to try and f*ck us by snatching up the entire inventory.
The second opportunity to get boned is we are buying version 1.000 of this product - I can only hope that Motive has learned their lessons from previous failures around surface treatments, etc. I'm going to have mine polished in any case.
Who needs a cam now? Not I..

Just when I ready to jump on it, I now remember my purchase of a 2011 Duramax. Big horsepower with the new DEF system. Getting stuck 700 miles from home wasn't fun and that was one of a few. I may wait.

do yoyu need anything else to install them is it hard? do you need to shave down or cut anything yourself? does this make your rear end weaker? how badly would fuel economy get. and how much would it help drag racing and roll racing? thanks in advance

First gear was 2.20, with a 4.88, 7.08
First gear is 2.66, with a 4.11, 6.77, with traction control this will make traffic lights almost like a thing in my past.
