Default Warning for those of you with Adrenaline Red Interiors...

Took the wife to lunch and left the windows cracked about a 1/4 of an inch. Not a cloud in the sky. 45 minutes later it's raining sheets and I parked on the farthest end of the parking lot. Didn't worry too much about it as I knew the windows were only down a little and a little water shouldn't hurt the drivers seat too much. Ran out to the car after about 10 minutes of deluge, hopped in, grabbed a towel and dried headliner, door and dash, (figured the pants would dry the seats) picked up wife and headed home. Got home, stripped off wet clothes and noticed that the seats had bled all over my white pants. So, just letting you peeps know to be careful if the seats are wet or your clothes are damp when you sit on the Adrenaline Red seats.

Does anyone know if this is limited to Adrenaline Red, or would this happen with Kalahari, Twilight Blue, or perhaps Spice Red interiors?

Since the OP already has white pants, I think he should conduct a field market study wearing his white pants on other color wet interiors.

I wore suntan colored pants in my sons' red interior and it rubbed off on the pants. Didn't wash out. I never got them wet. Go figure. I guess I should just wear red pants when I drive his car.

Do you have Moulan leather (1LT/2LT) or Napa leather (3LT)?

I would definitely rather ruin a pair of white pants from leaving windows open in the rain than the seat covers, I'd say you finished on top.

seat armor. Leather, pleather, vinyl....all are painful to bare skin in a topless vert left parked in the summer sun; but thanks to seat armor, sitting is bareable, no burn. Or, let the seat armor take the rain and simply pull them right off over the head rests and sit in dry seats. Good bird poop catchers. Getting in the car with damp swimsuits on? let the seat armor absorb the damp. Keep them on until you get to the concours and pull them off 5 seconds before the judges come round. Dirty stinky smelly? throw them in the wash like the towels they are. Comes in other colors too:

Looks like you are going to the barber shop. Since when does function over ride vanity?

Actually it looks like a good idea.

Now you have matching red adrenaline pants!!!! I guess the lesson here is always leave your windows up. I live in FL and I always leave my windows up. It can rain anytime.

Not really.
Got one for my C6. Used once.
Due to it not form-fitting the seat, it slid around and bunched up if you moved around.
