That’s a bit funny as Zora’s chief complaint was looking backwards with ease, particularly in competition.

Three VW bugs, what appears to be a '67-'68 Barracuda ragtop, and a Jensen Interceptor in the background. Totally a mid '70's photo! Thanks for the post. Has to be the ugliest SWC I've ever laid eyes on, and I overlook a lot on Day Two cars as a rule.

I just don't see how that effect was worth the effort....different glass, manipulating the stainless molding, perhaps fabricating the inside metal rear window molding. That's a lot of work just to make things "more ugly"...

Just for giggles, here is a couple of pictures of my Lemans L88 replica being wrapped. Of course, the white paint was about BC/CC and show quality cut and buffed. It was very interesting to watch the wrap process. The entire rear clip from door jamb to door jamb is all one piece. It would be much more difficult to wrap up onto the deck and up on the roof with one piece for sure. I did have a couple of sets of headlight bezels done in different colors, and I found the wrap to be very easy to remove with a small heat gun. Came right off and no damage to paint at all.
There are high end exotics running around Scottsdale that are wrapped all different colors and the owners change them all the time. Again, that is new paint versus old paint on and old SWC.

I can remember back in the 60's, when I was a teenager, this type car was neat and looked pretty cool. Not so much now.

PS: Love to see some completed wrap jobs.
