I think you need to be more descriptive than that. We have no clue what you mean. Does it crank and not keep running? Does it not even crank? What happens? Have you put an idiot light at the starter to see if it is getting signal? Have you done anything with VATS since that is the first thing people blame when it does not start.

So my vette doesn’t turn over. Has new battery, new starter, starter enabler relay, but when I turn key to on position still nothing? All lights come on but starter not turning? I will replace key next for it looks a little worn out, but besides that I am stuck, need help?

Find out if you have any signal when you are cranking at the starter and we can work backwards to make sure we know what is causing the problem

So how would I know if I am getting any signal to the starter when I turn to on position? How do I go about testing that?

You hook up the solenoid wire to a bulb and ground the other end. When you crank the engine it should send a signal to the starter solenoid Solenoid and NOT the battery wire. If you get a signal, it is something else. If you don't we can track it all the way to the key on the wiring diagram Mine might not be the best since I have a 91 but it might be close
