Another fluid question :) motor & p/s.
Just engine oil & p/s fluid. For 2013 c6z street/autox/a few track. 10k miles. M1 5w-30 (gm recommended) or the newer M1 0w-40. I know the 15w-50 is rec for track, ok.
For the p/s fluid I used Redline d4atf for years in c4/c5. Any reason to do otherwise in c6z?
THANKS guys!
Did some search & maybe missed it (sticky?) Link me up if it's there.

I live in Florida and have a 2011 Zo7. I did not like my oil pressure at track temps. I ran 5/30 for the first 5k then was reading an article that GM recommends 0/40 on the same car in Europe. Showed a sticker inside door jamb on a euro spec Zo6 recommending 0/40??!! I run my car pretty hard but never abuse, so I wanted a little more viscosity. I have run 0/40 Mobil 1 for the last 20k with good oil analysis using a Napa gold (Wix) filter. I do run 15w/50 when at the track which holds great oil pressure and good temps. It does a take a bit to get up to temp so I keep revs low till I get 160 degree oil temp. I run Amsoil Torque drive in the trans, but GM diff fluid as Amsoil doesn't have a recommendation for the 2011 Z. I also use Amsoil P/S fluid with good results. With many of the 2013 Z's having issues with a different bearing I would be doing a Blackstone oil analysis to know whats going on. Hope this helps. Good luck
