[C2] 1965 - l76 - sticker on air filter cover?

Default 1965 - l76 - sticker on air filter cover?
Question,
I see these a lot - but I do not know if this was the way the L76 Engines came from the factory? Can someone give me a lesson on CI/HP Stickers on the Air Filter Covers?

Is this Factory in 1965 for L76's?

Nope... just on the valve cover. Air cleaner lids had decals in '67

Nope The only engine call out is the stickers on the valve cover

Also I believe the correct stickers on the valve covers were water soluble. Am I correct?
