Hello. Today I was at my local dealer speccing a 2026 Z06 in Roswell Green. I’d like to highlight the car with orange brake calipers (this requires carbon ceramic brakes) and Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray with Habanero accents as the interior. However, this interior is not available with the Roswell green metallic without an override. I’m guessing Chevy doesn’t agree with me that this combination would work.

Chevy is trying to save you from yourself, I'd take the hint. Those two colors don't go together.

While you can tell everyone that will listen it's one of one, at the same time you've limited your potential buyers when you sell it to a handful. I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, but it will be viewed as an oddball. You get even farther out in the weeds with it being a Z06 because it will be so expensive.
In the car business, they say there's an *** for every seat.
They do, but I've also seen cars that grew roots into the tarmac waiting for the *** too. This is a VERY expensive Z06, potential buyers will look at it and say "Jesus, what was this guy thinking". When I was selling new Corvettes we had an oddball color combination car that the dealer put a $5,000 spiff on to move it (a $5,000 commission in 1995 was HUGE). If a 75 year old widow came in to look at an Oldsmobile 88, she was shown the Corvette.
If you like the green, I'd stick with the sky cool seats, standard black calipers (save you the $$$$ on CC brakes), and possibly the sterling silver full length stripes. (those stripes have a black edge around them) The orange and green just doesn't work and then add the sky cool into the mix and it's too many colors. When GM finally gets the online 2026 configurator up, you can play and get a better feel for it.
I'm color blind and I know that you don't mix Orange and Green unless you are trying to decorate with Christmas lights and even then it's questionable. The Black calipers with the Green exterior will be your best choice. As far as interior...The Sky cool gray could work but I always love Black as it's extremely easy to maintain and looks premium when clean. The lighter color interiors show dirt and wear very easily. In fact take a look at a picture of the seats online and the perforations in the seats look like dirt even when spotless.
Green on orange is what BMW does. Lots of M3's out here with Isle of Man green paint and Orange interiors.
Habenero is only orange accents though and its not like the whole interior orange so I don't think it would clash any worse then people who superman spec (red on blue) their vehicles.

If you like it go for it.
Green with orange interior is what BMW owners order. There are definitely some questionable BMW owners. Isle of Man green is also not close to Roswell Green. The problem with Corvette is they give too many interior color options. Then you have cars like Amplify Orange with black & red seats, yellow seat belts, edge red calipers, grey stripes & black wheels.
Blue accents on Green tend to look very good - so black interior with blue stitching & blue calipers if they're available.
