Anyone else buy an ECS Supercharger - Anniversary Sale

Anyone else buy an ECS Supercharger - Anniversary Sale
Morning all- just curious if anyone else took advantage of ECS anniversary sale?
I decided that 25% off was too good to pass up, so I pulled the trigger on February 4th. SInce then I have called three times to find out status on my order. Each time I was told the "Shipping Manager is unavailable and will call back" but I never received a call or any type of commnication.
I paid via Amex so I am not too concerned however, what does this lack of "Customer Service" mean for any issues I encounter if/when I receive and install?
Has anyone else encountered these shipping/communication problems? I always heard good things about ECS and honestly, kinda disappointed.

Thanks. I ordered everything online through their website but no mention of 4-6 weeks anywhere. I'm glad to hear that was your experience which makes me feel a bit easier. Wish I would have known though- trying to setup my planned work for the coming weeks and it's a bit frustrating not having any communication. I'm right at that 6 week mark.

I'm very sorry someone hasn't gotten back to you, I will speak with shipping regarding this. We have a ton of kits leaving today and tomorrow, if you message me your name I'll be happy to check on it for you. We expected a rush with a sale like that, but frankly it exceeded our wildest imaginations. We had been prepping for it for months prior, but it just wiped us out of inventory quickly. A few parts that we had been waiting on for weeks arrived earlier this week finally, so things are moving again. Thank you for your business and your patients!

We do not priorities sales by installs, kits are packed in order received unless an outside force causes a problem. Meaning there are several companies and products involved to make one kit, sometimes it only takes a back up of one of them to slow things down.

I just got word mine will be shipping today and radiator cradle tomorrow. I'm just over 9 weeks from ordering to shipping.
