Thieves spray painted C7 and did donuts and crashed
Kind of makes you sick to see these morons driving someone’s stolen dream Corvette around a parking lot and doing donuts and even crashing into another car. That was after they spray painted giant letters on both sides of the black 2017 Corvette.
This was in Richmond and there is a good chance I have driven on the same roads that they drove that stolen C7 on after they stole it.

Feel really sorry for that Corvette owner. I have no sympathy for thieves - hope they can be caught and the full force of the law brought against them.

There is a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible.
Unfortunately, this looks like another case of people trying to imitate the high-risk stunt driving they see online and in movies like the Fast & Furious movie series. Except in real life, as we all know, there are real consequences.
Cincinnati area takeovers are being targeted hard...the last one was a sting and the CPD and sheriff's office who showed up in force with "paddy wagons" arrested a bunch of people and impounded 70 plus cars...Louisville KY crushing cars that they find to have non-matching VINs. Thos arrested in cinci spent the weekend in jail. Not just a few but the majority. LOL. It was an awesome thing to see on the news.
When I was that age, we would street race, not safe but we weren't out to destroy someone's property either

I really hope they catch these idiots and especially the extra-stupid idiot who showed his face for his moment of social media glory.
WTF 🤬 I hope they get caught! I feel sorry for the owner and his dream car. Just infuriates me to watch. Makes me want to kill those MFKERS ( just a figure of speech you get the point)

Well also some of it in movies defies physics. There is a reason things are not one long shot. People don't get movies are not real.

I didn't see all the F&F movies but did they have someone purposely damage the car? I get the joyride part but the damage part is another different story.

I don't think think this is so much about theft as social media glory. If I steal your car, I'm either doing the Joyride thing or selling it. Either way, I really don't want to get caught. I have a hard enough time staying out of sight let alone have it posted for the world to see. People like these are looking for social media fame. Can't be an idiot influencer? No problem. Do the "One Up" thing. Some guy snorts one condom? You now do two.
