Which glue or adhesive can be used to sercure this piece. The Velcro part is good it’s the back part that needs to be stuck to the frame

Ive starting using E6000 glue. Cheap, readily available, and seems very strong and durable

I wonder if Velcro strips would hold…….I’ll try the e6000 and see what happens…Thanks all

I know if this had come in as a complaint in my dealership days I would have grabbed the Black 3M weather strip glue with out a thought

Contact cement. You put it on both and let dry for 15 minutes or so. When it sticks together it stays. This allows you to put a little stretch on it. Regular glues are too hard to clamp in this position. Dan

I'm a fan of Shoegoo (and it's copycats) for generic stuff. It does take a day to fully set, but it holds very well and can take a bit of vibration.
