I don't recognize that as a C1, C2, or C3 Corvette part, let alone a '69 part.

I recently removed the seats to have them reupholstered. I found one of these inside on the floorboard and set it aside. The other day I was taking the cover off the car and found the other one on the ground by the passenger door. They are plastic with a chrome covering on one side. I ran it through Chat GPT and it indicated they were "interior seat trim end caps" that went on the "seat back/seat hinge trim pieces'. I cannot see any place on the seats that these would go.

I have had my 69 for many years and haven't seen anything that looks like that.
Perhaps, if you get several better pictures taken from several different angles someone might recognize them.
