Default Power Window Fuse Box Problem

My power windows stopped working on my 78 after I pulled an adjacent fuse. Cracked open the fuse box and I found the issue to be a complete absence of a wire on one of the terminals. There is not an obvious extra wire hanging around. I do not know if a previous owner modified the wiring at all, but I guess I will find out. If an extra wire does turn up, is it possible to solder the wire back on or does that risk the rest of the fuse box? Also if anyone could provide a wiring diagram for 78 L-82 with power windows (i dont know how specific those diagrams are) that would be great! Any advice or insight is appreciated!

Below is your 78 & my Late 77 fuse panel and the 78 PW line diagram....
The only thing different I see is your Hazzard Flasher Orange Wire is not jumper from 0 to 4 like mine is, but that isn't what your asking about...
Is terminal #1 the terminal in question?
If so, as you can see #12 is the main BUS, power passes through the 30amp Circuit Breaker (For Power Windows) and lands at terminal #1...
Power then goes from the socket labeled ACCY (Circuit 60) to the Power Window
Relay...
Also, the 20amp gauges fuse is Hot in both the Start & On positions, this enegerize the PW relay.
Hope this helps...
