Steering Wheel stuck in up position
2002 coup
Suddenly my steering wheel is stuck in the upper position. When getting in and out of the car I always position the steering wheel in or out and up or down due to a bad knee.
Last night, after I parked it for several hours, it wouldn't come out of the up position. I drove home late at night and it felt like I was a 3 year old behind the wheel because I could hardly see over the steering wheel.
How do I fix it? Please tell me it is an easy fix 🙏.

Thanks for the information
I did Google it, i ended up sticking a pen in the spot where the adjustment lever is and pushed some things around in there and that somehow fixed it.
