We are a new member to this forum- thank you for allowing us in. We are also new to upgrading our '66 coupe and ran across this device/item which is a mystery to us. I guessed that it might be an adjuster for the parking brake cable tensioner. We appreciate the help.

By the way, you do know that all 'new' members are required to post up pics of their Corvettes, right?
