I posted this a few months back and upon referral used Carrol's alignment shop. I've had (2) bad experiences with them so far so I want to try another shop. I want to use my custom specs so they need to be flexible.
I think that 7 year old Z51 spring is a mis-match for your current sways/shock/tire set up. Check out the aftermarket springs in ecklers That may get rid of it. Is it "pushing"?
Actually got the referral of Carrol's from Boner. It looks like they do nice work on cars that just need a basic alignment, but they really have absolutely NO CLUE when it comes to actually having to use alignment specs out of the norm.
Very short story: I told both owners AND the tech that worked on my car. "Whatever you do make sure you tell me exactly what the current specs are now before you try to align and I will give you the new specs". Said this since I knew how the car was handeling and how to resolve the problem. One hour later the guy comes out and says that they are done...WTF!! He put 1.0 neg camber in front and 1.6 neg camber in the rear...This WILL make the car push hard!! I explaing this to him and his comeback was I kid you not. "Well last year we had this guy in a Porsche that came in here and did Racing so I gave you the same specs"...WTF!!!
When it was all said in done I got the car back to pretty much what I had when I came in.

I thought the same thing..however I can't find a company which sells upgraded Springs...I believe, but could be wrong the Z51 Spring rates are the same as the Z06 Springs. The (2) best Vette Roadracing companies DRM and LGM neither of which sell upgraded Springs over the Z51, however both sell custom coilovers...still kicking it around.
Most of the posts I have read regarding Coils are that they really do not provide a signifigant difference on the C5's due to the suspension geometry. I might try some HAL 12 point adj. shocks just to see if they make a difference
EDIT: After alot of research this morning I found that VBP sells upgraded and Springs and it looks like Ecklers does as well...however not listed on their website that why I could not find.

How much negative camber are you running now, Rick?
Running 1.6 neg front with 7 degrees of castor and 1.2 degrees in the rear. Toe is neutral front and rear (toe is what really eats up tires so I'm trying to keep at 0 so car is still streetable)
Want to go to 2.0 in front with 8 degrees caster to see if that will correct the understeer.
