Dozed off......4/14/05 Update
then woke up due to the sound of gravel under the right side of my truck and when I looked up there was a huge cedar tree...... I slammed on the brakes and turned the wheel to the right, but since I was on gravel and doing about 45mph, it didn't matter and I plowed right into the tree. Amazingly I came out of it with a sore right shoulder, but the truck pretty much lost the left front completely. Guess I'll find out tomorrow if the truck is repairable or totalled........
Just happy that I didn't get hurt and that I wasn't in Maggie.
4/14/05 Truck is totalled. Total damage cost was $10,580.21!!!

Curious though, what caused you to doze off? Don't mean to get personal, but I have sleep apnea and something similar happened to me. I drove from Cleveland, TN to Knoxville and don't remember it.
What normally takes 45 minutes took almost 2 hours to drive. THANKFULLY I didn't hit anyone or run off the road.
