Didn't want you and Scotty to be bored and have nothing to do on weekends ... you were running out of unmodified cars

At least it is already painted "real Corvette red" ... that will save some there ... not sure how the red prizm letters would look. But reserve me garage space for the rest!

I was planning on either driving it or the 87 .... Va Chevy Lovers meeting is in Va Beach at 4 then we are going to Jenro's for the cruise in. Show is on the way and near my house.

Funny ... I was looking for a Mid Year or C3 .... ended up buying a 69SS Chevelle project and a C5 vert within a span of four days. Guess that is how it happens sometimes!

See ya there

Okay, now I'm jealous. I think my '90 is going to have to still carry the mail for a while. My wife did agree to let me get a c5 though. Huh? Decisions decisions.

Tom, C5's are nice compromise for those that can't find a ZR-1

Just kidding, congrats Kathy's C5 was an incredible car

Well ... I don't drink, so I guess I will just have to tough it out.

I was impressed with both the monthly payment AND the insurance payment ... not as bad as feared. One of the nice advantages of middle age .... you can insure a nice late model Vette cheaper than you can insure a teenage son with a POS starter car It is even cheaper than MY first insurance policy waaaay back in 1972!

Profile updated ... pics posted soon.

Don't worry ... still have the 87. No leftover parts, unless you can use some cracked door panels, worn out seat covers, bad water pump, bad distributor cap, etc.

They look good as a pair .... and along side of the Chevelle they make an awesome sight. Now ..... to finish "debugging" the yard

Speaking of 'debugging' .... hauled a trailer and truck load of VW stuff to a shop today (sold it in bulk) ... saw soooo many Vettes running up and down 460 between Windsor and Petersburg ... and saw a beautiful RED C3 in Smithfield (you have an older brother Ron ... this one had chrome bumpers). All I could do was give 'em a thumbs up (I don't think the wave is effective from a Toyota 4x4 truck). Two nice looking C4s followed me for a bit (one early, one late). Will be glad when the title comes so I can get plates and drive that thang!

I "almost" have room for that driveway, complee with ATNB size carport
